Paul has over 40 years’ experience in the tool and die, rollforming industries as a toolmaker, field service technician, die designer, sales application engineering, product line manager, regional sales manager, director of sales, and currently VP of Business development for Formtek and Principle of the Hill Engr / Formtek facility. Paul started with Hill Engineering in1988 and past speaker / conference chairman for FMA, PMA and SME conferences.

David Kinnard is with Tower Metalworking Fluids and has over 30 years’ experience in the metal working lubricants industry. His expertise lies in roll forming, metal stamping, machining, tube manufacturing, and tube bending. David regularly presents at major industry conferences and events and is a member of the FMA Roll Forming Council.
