This presentation will be geared towards business owners that are contemplating the sale of their manufacturing company or exploring growth through acquisition. The presentation will include an update on recent M&A trends, macro-economic driving forces, and market outlook. We’ll also cover a variety of specific company attributes that drive (and diminish) company valuation and outline how business owners can best prepare for the sale of their company. We’ll close with a couple case studies that describe real-life M&A outcomes. Attendees will walk away with a basic understanding of what is driving market consolidation and how their specific business would be perceived and valued in today’s marketplace.

Bobby received his undergraduate degree from NCSU and MBA from the UNC Charlotte.
